Incident Reporting - Getting it right - PHAB, Takapuna, Auckland

From our own observation and feedback from MSD Assessors we see many instances where incident reports have been inadequate for reviewing the management and outcomes of serious, or potentially serious, events. This practical workshop will focus on skills for all your staff to enable clearer and more accurate incident reports that are fit for review purposes. It is an often overlooked skill - don't let your programme be caught short when it really matters.
