People Management in OSCAR - Oranga Community Centre, Onehunga, Auckland

A workshop over three sessions for Supervisors and 2ICs with responsibilities for managing other staff.

Note: April 2 is Easter Monday

This workshop aims to build awareness of personality type in the workplace and apply this understanding to the "people processes” that senior OSCAR staff seem to most often struggle with. Topics include staff meetings, delegation, time management and leadership styles. Practical exercises will keep you actively involved through each session. You will learn a lot about yourself as well as what makes the rest of your team tick.
